Contract Baristas/Donut SlingersWe are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Contract Baristas/Donut Slingers to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidates will have a passion for coffee and pastries, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes.Assist in the preparation and presentation of donuts and other pastries.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and handling payments.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.Qualifications:Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Food handler certification is a plus.
