Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-casual, chicken-focused restaurant. In this role, you will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure every guest enjoys friendly, Southern-style hospitality. Responsibilities include supervising front- and back-of-house activities, supporting scheduling, monitoring food quality and safety, managing cash procedures, and assisting with training and onboarding.
