What you'll be doing: You will be responsible for teaching all sections of the LSAT in 1-on-1 Google Meet meetings. You will be matched with a client and meet with that same client until their exam. No lesson planning is necessary as all materials and curriculum will be provided. What experience is needed: Prior tutoring experience is not required, but it is significantly valued. Must have proof of scoring 165+ on an official LSAT. Must have proficient knowledge of the concepts on the LSAT. What we bring to the table: Expensive suits? Don't need those! We want you to be comfortable yet professional, so sweatpants and a polo is just fine. Ability to grow with a fast-paced startup. 100% promoted from within. Want to work mornings? or evenings? or weekends? 10 hours? 40 hours? No problem! You have complete control over your schedule and can create a schedule that works best for you. How many hours you'll work: You must be willing to tutor at least 10-50 hours per week. Part-time and Full-time positions available. 1099 and W2 positions available. We will work around your schedule and match you with students who align with your availability. We're especially eager to work with tutors who see this as a long-term opportunity to grow with our team and who make our students a priority. We are currently prioritizing applicants who are available for 25+ hours per week with a commitment of at least one year. What you can earn: Pay ranges from $30-$50/hour. Starting compensation typically ranges between $30-40 (depending on experience - LSAT score, tutoring experience, law degree, etc.) with the ability to be raised to $50 with positive reviews from Prep For Success clients and retention of clients.
