Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage attorney calendars, meetings, depositions, and deadlines. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court filings. Coordinate travel, client meetings, and case-related logistics. Handle time entry, billing, and new matter intake. Support attorneys with administrative, research, and practice management tasks.
