Job Description

Pierce Flooring Wholesale Direct, a locally owned company with a century-long legacy in Montana, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its expanding team. This full-time role offers a blend of inside and outside sales, working with walk-in customers as well as building relationships with contractors, realtors, property managers, and local businesses. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers throughout the buying process, ensuring a positive experience
Develop new business opportunities through networking and community involvement
Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for customer projects
Follow up with customers to address questions and provide ongoing support
Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with team members
Manage and track product sample check-out procedures
Perform additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to accurately use and read a tape measure for job site measurements
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
Availability to work some Saturdays

Compensation

Guaranteed base salary of $48,000 per year plus commission opportunities.
