Remote (U.S., Central Time Zone preferred) | Full-time | Starting at $55,000 per year

TMG is looking for a Dispatcher to keep fuel deliveries safe and on schedule. You'll connect customers, drivers, and our operations team by sending daily pricing, tracking tank levels, dispatching orders, and keeping delivery and billing records accurate.

Responsibilities

• Send accurate daily pricing to customers by 10:00 a.m., five to six days a week
• Take customer tank readings twice daily and adjust dispatch plans to prevent runouts
• Give drivers and carriers clear, timely dispatch orders and updates
• Verify bills of lading and enter them into billing and dispatch systems
• Submit documentation to Customs and brokers and help coordinate border crossings
• Resolve customer questions and service issues by phone and email
• Prepare operational reports for management

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn dispatch, billing, and pricing systems
• Strong organization, multitasking, math, and attention to detail
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Sound judgment and ability to work with minimal direction
• Availability for assigned schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, and/or petroleum operations
• Familiarity with DOT regulations
