Job Description Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits.
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays.
Manage patient records and maintain organized files.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Assist with administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
full-time $17 - $23 per hour

RequirementsPrevious customer service or receptionist experience required (healthcare/dental preferred but not mandatory).
Preferences Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software (training provided on dental software).
Reliable, professional, and eager to grow with a new team.
