Barista – PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans
Location: Tyler, TX

PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans is looking for a friendly, dependable barista to join our team! If you enjoy coffee, connecting with people, and providing excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.
• Prepare pastries and fresh beignets according to PJ’s recipes and quality standards.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Answer menu questions and help guests select drinks and food items.
• Operate the register and handle payments accurately.
• Keep the coffee bar, food preparation areas, equipment, and dining area clean and organized.
• Restock supplies and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous barista or food service experience is preferred.
